You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe National Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day coordination planning and execution of project activities in Lao PDR. This role involves liaising with government counterparts development partners civil society organizations and other key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and visibility of the project.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee national-level project operations activities and deliverables in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
Plan organize and facilitate workshops meetings and consultations involving government agencies development partners and civil society.
Support logistical and administrative arrangements for project events including high-level stakeholder engagements.
Maintain strong communication between the project team and Lao national institutions to ensure alignment with national priorities.
Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of assigned activities and reports.
Represent the project in national forums as delegated by the Team Leader.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Administration Logistics/Procurement Human Resource Management Project/Event Management or related field;
OR vocational education in a relevant field plus an additional 4 years (880 FTE) of relevant professional experience.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (oral and written) at IELTS 6.5 & 180 Cambridge Scale or above.
Proficiency in Lao (oral and written) at fluent or at 200 Cambridge Scale or above. Language proficiency may be demonstrated through certification or relevant past experience.
General Professional Experience:
At least 5 years (1100 Full time days) of professional experience in project management and coordination.
Minimum of 3 years (660 Full time days) of experience organizing meetings consultations or workshops in collaboration with government development partners or civil society.
Demonstrated experience in organizing high-level events involving diverse stakeholders with at least three deliverables completed in the last two years.
