Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Real Estate Partners and Executive Directors. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including managing diaries and travel arrangements word processing and general administrative addition the Executive Assistant will extend their support to wider teams ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping maintain a high standard of service across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries arrange meetings and communicate with VIP clients and C-suite executives.
  • Prepare presentations reports and correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Organize client functions marketing events and meetings including technical setup and catering.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails ensuring prompt action and follow-up.
  • Assist with expense reports timesheets invoicing WIP reports and CRM updates.
  • Assist with group projects and research requests as required.
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation photocopying and creating reports.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner at all times with strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
  • PC proficient including advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Confident in multiple technology systems including SharePoint video conferencing and exposure to CRM beneficial.
  • Skilled in multitasking managing and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours as well as being able to change priorities and tasks as required.
  • Ability to adopt a hands on approach.
