Job Description
As a Sitecore App Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable high-performance digital solutions that align with business goals.
You will customize Sitecore templates components and modules to meet specific requirements ensuring flexibility and scalability across projects. A key part of your role involves integrating Sitecore with third-party systems APIs and services to create seamless and efficient digital ecosystems.
Collaboration is central to this position as you will work closely with designers content creators and full stack developers to deliver cohesive and engaging user experiences. You will also troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues maintaining optimal performance and reliability of the platform. Participation in code reviews testing and deployment processes will be expected to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.
In addition you will implement best practices in Sitecore development including the architecture and modular design principles. Your contributions will extend to improving development workflows and tools fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Moreover you will be an SME working very closely with our end client involved in adding new features maintaining the existing codes providing solutions ensuring they are aligned with business goals and technical standards.
Additionally you will respond to user inquiries offering technical guidance on Sitecore functionality and participate in on-call support rotations and incident management processes to ensure consistent and reliable application performance.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a similar role ideally in a Tech Consulting firm for enterprise level projects.
- You will leverage your consulting expertise to identify gaps drive improvements and deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
- Proven experience with Sitecore CMS (preferably versions 9.x or 10.x).
- Proficiency in C# Core and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
- Hands on with Bootstrap SharePoint SignalR VSTO Windows Services WinForms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Sitecore certification is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Sitecore tools like TDS Unicorn GlassMapper and SXA
- Experience with personalization Sitecore xDB and analytics features.
- Strong debugging problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
