A Taste of what you will be doing:
- Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards LinkedIn Indeed our database and referrals.
- Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
- Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
- Networking - building own relationships candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process by screening CVs scheduling interviews updating systems posting job ads and working with external agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in recruitment and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency quality and candidate experience.
- Help develop and apply ways to attract and select the right candidates in line with company goals and market trends.
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language (preferably Danish)
- Approachable proactive and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a customer/client-facing role
- Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
- Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset
