As a Reservations and Groups Coordinator you will be responsible for handling all group enquiries and reservations managing the booking process from initial enquiry through to final details. You will maximise revenue opportunities by converting leads upselling services and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in line with Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group bookings including leisure corporate tour operators and event-related enquiries.
- Handle individual and group reservation enquiries via phone email and booking platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and communicate with relevant departments (Front Office F&B Housekeeping).
- Prepare group contracts proformas and invoices as required.
- Upsell hotel services and packages to maximise revenue.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in reservations or groups coordination role within hospitality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Opera (PMS) or similar booking/reservation systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
