• Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Reception team.

• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly approachable manner that reflects our brand values.

• Lead daily front desk operations ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.

• Supervise and motivate the team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

• Respond promptly to guest concerns taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.

• Communicate daily priorities to your team helping personalize the service experience for every guest.

Must-haves:

• Full legal working rights in Australia (including a current full-time work visa)

• A valid South Australia RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
