About the Role
As our Front Desk & Office Coordinator youll be the go-to person at our Hollywood HQthe first face people see when they walk through the door. Youll welcome guests make sure creators feel taken care of and keep the daily flow of the office running smoothly. Whether its managing check-ins maintaining office inventory or jumping in to help with creator gifting and events youll play a key role in creating an organized high-energy environment.
Youll also coordinate scheduling for our in-house podcast and recording studios and get hands-on exposure to everything happening inside a fast-paced creative warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of the creator economy and be part of a team building something exciting.
