Join my clients growing North American team at a dynamic innovation-led Tier 1 supplier making waves in the electrified vehicle space. With a global footprint and a fast-growing US customer base they seek a sharp OEM-savvy Account Manager to lead high-impact programs with two of Detroits biggest names: GM and Ford.
This role is all about owning the customer relationship end-to-end. Think RFQs pricing strategy program oversight and building lasting commercial trust. You must bring deep experience in the electronics or EV systems space (battery systems power electronics thermal BMS etc.) plus a proven track record managing accounts at either General Motors Ford or ideally both.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong commercial background with Tier 1 suppliers
Direct experience working with GM and/or Ford purchasing teams
Electronics background particularly in EV battery or power management technologies
Ability to manage pricing cost breakdowns and complex customer negotiations
Comfort navigating internal and external stakeholders across engineering quality and program teams
