Job Description

Our client is a fully-regulated and compliant ECN broker with a strong trading base in Southeast Asia Japan and Western Europe.

They are seeking an ethical and people-savvy Business Development Manager with a few years of solid experience in forex commodities and CFDs to drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships across this role you will work closely with the regional team to expand the companys trading base build institutional relationships and grow revenue across multiple asset classes.

Please note that while this is a fully-remote position you still need to be based in Thailand.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify pursue and close new business opportunities in the forex commodities and CFD sectors.

  • Develop and manage relationships with retail brokers introducing brokers (IBs) hedge funds asset managers and other institutional partners.
  • Execute outreach campaigns attend industry events and represent the company at regional and global financial conferences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including compliance marketing and product teams to align growth strategy with market needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine business development approach and value proposition.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new clients in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipelines deal progress and market feedback to the leadership team.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of business development experience in forex commodities and/or CFDs.

  • Strong code of ethics and a firm committment to following industry regulations and compliance processes to the letter.
  • Currently managing a network of at least 500 - 1000 trading connections and 25 - 50 active traders.
  • Previous experience recruiting/managing 20 IBs and affiliates is heavily preferred.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing institutional and retail trading clients.
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms liquidity providers margin models and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business finance economics or a related field preferred.
