We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations ensure excellent customer service manage staff and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized and passionate about food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and customer service
- Monitor inventory orders and supplier relationships
- Handle staff scheduling training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales and profitability through promotions and service excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or F&B management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Able to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
