Job Description
Requirements:
- 3years experience designing complex web or mobile products with a strong Figma portfolio.
- Proven ability to translate abstract requirements into intuitive flows and delightful visuals.
- Fluency in design system thinking typography color theory and interaction design.
- Familiarity with developer handoff tools and agile collaboration (Jira Git workflows Zeplin or equivalents).
- Excellent communication skills and a bias toward rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Prior work on crypto wallets dApps or AI-powered products.
- Motion design or microinteraction expertise (Lottie AfterEffects).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for realistic prototyping.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research create personas and map journeys to ground designs in real-world needs.
- Produce wireframes interactive prototypes and polished UI in Figma that follow and evolve our design system.
- Collaborate closely with Product Frontend and Smart Contract engineers to ship pixel perfect experiences.
- Champion accessibility responsive layouts and performance-oriented design principles.
- Iterate quickly based on usability testing analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Document patterns and contribute to the evolution of our cross-platform design language.
