This is a remote position.
Monday to Friday as per follows:
Design engaging ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) optimized for performance and conversions
Develop digital assets for Amazon storefronts including banners product feature graphics and brand content
Create print-ready materials such as event signage direct mailers packaging inserts and marketing collateral
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions that align with brand goals
Collaborate closely with copywriters media buyers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Iterate quickly and efficiently based on feedback without compromising quality
Stay up-to-date with current design trends best practices and platform-specific guidelines
Previous experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and advertising
Proven portfolio featuring Meta ad creatives print design and/or Amazon storefront work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); Canva knowledge is a plus
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy typography layout and color theory
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands
Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
Familiarity with Amazon design specs and e-commerce best practices
Confidence to contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative planning sessions
