Job Description

Were seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to optimize the FX and CFDs trader journey. Youll lead multi-channel campaigns use data-driven segmentation and work closely with cross-functional teams to boost activation retention and engagement all while ensuring compliant timely messaging.

What will you do in the role:

Journey Strategy & Design

  • Map and optimize the trader lifecycle from lead to loyal client.
  • Define engagement strategies for key stages like onboarding active dormant and churn-risk.
  • Create personas and journey maps based on trading behavior and segment data.

Lifecycle Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns (email SMS push WhatsApp) to drive activation engagement and retention.
  • Manage onboarding flow and implement win-back strategies for inactive traders.

Data & Segmentation:

  • Segment users by trading activity region and value using CRM and analytics data.
  • Monitor campaign performance engagement metrics and trader lifetime value.

Martech & Automation:

  • Use CRM and automation tools (Salesforce Braze HubSpot etc.) to deliver timely compliant messaging.
  • A/B test and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product compliance support and growth teams to align lifecycle messaging with business goals.
  • Integrate lifecycle efforts with broader marketing and education campaigns.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics or a related field
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or customer journey management preferably within brokerage fintech or digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of trader psychology trading behaviors and the FX/CFD lifecycle
  • Proven success managing user journeys and retention initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation and funnel analysis
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Braze)
  • Excellent project management abilities and experience collaborating across teams
