The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships drive loyalty and support sales and marketing goals. This includes system implementation customer data analysis process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
Main Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field
5 years experience in CRM management
Strong leadership problem-solving and project management skills
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Skills:
Analytical thinking and data interpretation
Strong communication and collaboration across teams
Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
Customer service background is an advantage
