Coordinate daily with internal teams shipping lines CHAs and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of export documents to all relevant stakeholders.
Follow up proactively to obtain pre-shipment documents and Bill of Lading from external parties.
Work closely with the Customer Service Team to share regular updates on documentation status with customers.

Well-versed with Exim Policy Incoterms international payment terms and UCP rules.
