Job Description
Senior Manager Training - ADRV
- Develop strong partnership with RM - ADRV to enable success on Advisor & ADRV Activation and Cross-sell goals through sharp training inputs & governance
- Own capability building for the region through strong collaboration with Cluster Heads and ADRMs
- Design and co-create ADRV Vertical training calendar and content.
- Conduct training sessions and drive digital learning on ADRV Vertical blended learning journeys to elevate the domain and functional skills for Advisors ADRMs & Cluster Heads.
- Program Management across all initiatives of ADRV Vertical training.
- Stakeholder Management across all stakeholder groups.
- In-person field coaching across clusters basis needs identified
