As a Support Engineer you deep dive into issues to identify problems and work with engineering teams to resolve issues impacting availability. You develop automation tools to assist with daily systems administration tasks. You design and develop scripts and applications. You will get to work on some of the key initiatives planned to support our rapid evolution and growth of the Alexa features and services in the process to solve some of the most challenging problems
Key job responsibilities

- 2 years of software development or 2 years of technical support experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience with AWS networks and operating systems
