Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Spanish

Troubleshoot service or product-related issues

Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
Candidate Profile What the Company Offers

Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2 level)

English at B2 level or higher

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shift-based environment

Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus
