Please note: All candidates must relocate to Greece for this role. Remote work may be possible after relocation depending on the project and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in French

Troubleshoot service or product-related issues

Log all interactions accurately using internal CRM tools

Follow brand-specific guidelines and service standards

Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
Candidate Profile

Fluency in French (C1/C2)

English at B2 level or higher

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shift-based environment

Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional background preferred
