Job Description
We are working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a Korean speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join their team in Essen.
Role: AI Prompt Evaluator
Location: Essen Germany
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Contract
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research write and edit short prompts ensuring theyre accurate creative and follow the brands voice and style guidelines.
- Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
- Contribute to enhancing our speech system by helping create dialogues on a variety of topics including more sensitive or controversial subjects.
- Review and analyse written content to ensure its factually correct and meets the style standards.
- Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
- Ensure the tone of the content matches the brands voice and resonates with the intended audience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent in Korean (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2 level).
- Excellent command of language grammar and style ensuring prompts are clear engaging and well-crafted.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users attention.
- Skilled at analysing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
