Job Description

Summary of the Job:

We need an Administrative Assistant who is well organized and pays attention to detail to join our team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of providing full administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. This job includes managing schedules answering emails and doing other clerical work to help our workers and make our firm more productive.

Important Duties:

- Keep track of and plan the schedules of executives and other staff members.

- Take care of emails phone calls and mail that come in and go out.

- Write edit and prepare reports documents and presentations.

- Keep company databases and filing systems up to date.

- Set up meetings and appointments and make travel and lodging plans when necessary.

- Help with making budgets keeping an eye on spending and processing invoices.

- Do regular office tasks like ordering supplies keeping track of inventories and fixing broken office equipment.

- Help the team by doing any administrative chores as needed.

Skills:

- Great at organizing and managing time.

- Good at talking and writing.

- Able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) well.

- Being able to do more than one thing at once and set priorities.

- Very precise and pays close attention to details.

- Being careful and keeping sensitive information private.

- The capacity to work alone and solve problems well.

- Polite and professional behaviour.

Education and Work History:

- A high school diploma or the equivalent; an associates or bachelors degree is desirable.

- At least two years of experience in an administrative or comparable job.

- Knowledge of how to use and manage office systems and procedures.
