Job Description
Our RV Growth and Transformation team is seeking a Director to lead a team dedicated to reimagining and optimizing the onboarding experience for new this role youll work with RV business leaders partnering closely with a Fortune 500 client to drive growth through their digital experiences. Youll own the roadmap forcustomer experiences working through your team of analysts and closely with creative data and engineering teams. Your passion for data and analytics will inform your strategy - playing a key role in driving new business growth through world-class operations and digital marketing execution.
This position is based in our South Charlotte NC or NYC office on a hybrid schedule.
Work Experience
What Youll Do:
- Operate as an owner utilizing data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize and to develop solutions that enhance the experienceuser engagementand performance of the digital experiences.
- Translate high-level objectives into detailed technical deliverables and manage projects to completion through your team of analysts in collaboration with engineering creative &data scienceteams.
- Define and manage quantifiable KPIs to ensure value creation and measure impact across your teams activities.
- Own key communication channels with senior leaders to cultivate trust story-tell the performance trends and gain buy-in on new objectives.
- Build collaborative working relationships with client counterparts driving trust by understanding their goals and effectively communicating our roadmaps and results.
- Collaborate with other leaders across the partnership to manage and report on the P&L and forecast future performance.
- Tap into newly-emergingML/AIstrategies to enhance your roadmap and your teams ability to deliver value.
- Manage priorities and execution across a team of analysts account managers creatives and engineers.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with a preference for a proven track record optimizing website experiences and managing testing roadmaps.
- Experience with performing in-depth audience analyses getting to the core of why your users or customers are behaving the way that they are.
- A problem solver with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive a fully-integrated digital operations strategy.
- Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers to acquire engage retain and reactivate through various marketing channels.
- Desire to work hands-on in a performance based analytically driven fast-paced environment.
- Experience querying your own data withSQLand creating compelling visualizations inBI toolslike LookerTableau or Power BI.Pythonexperience a plus.
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present your recommended strategy and gain buy-in across a diverse functional team both internal and external.

Compensation
Cash Compensation Range: $140000 - 190000 bonus potential equity
* NYC Compensation:$175000 - 236250 bonus potential equity
*Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience.
