What is the job about
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office facilities and administrative functions providing a safe efficient and productive workplace for employees while adhering to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Main responsibilities:
1. Facility Management:
Oversee daily operations of the office infrastructure (cleaning housekeeping security pantry transport etc.)
Manage upkeep of workplace ambience including meeting rooms restrooms and common areas.
Monitor utilities consumption and work towards cost optimization.
2. Administrative Support:
Manage visitors Guests courier stationery ID cards access cards and general administration tasks.
Managing Front desk operations receive and answer all incoming calls/mails and reporting
Vendor management evaluate onboard and manage service providers including housekeeping security pest control etc.
Handle asset tracking and office inventory.
Support travel desk coordination (domestic/international) and guest logistics if required.
3. Workplace Services:
Support seating allocation space planning and relocation activities.
Provide employee helpdesk support for any facility or admin-related queries.
Organize internal events townhalls and welfare initiatives in coordination with stakeholder
