As we expand were looking for a skilled Remote Project Manager to lead our project delivery and ensure excellence from kickoff to launch.
The Role
As our Project Manager youll be the glue between our clients and our multidisciplinary team. Youll oversee timelines budgets scopes and communication across multiple software projects. Your goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with high quality - while keeping clients and internal stakeholders informed and confident throughout the process.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across web mobile and SaaS platforms.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers designers QA testers and external vendors.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients - conducting regular check-ins status updates and sprint reviews.

Define project scope create detailed project plans and manage budgets and timelines.

Identify potential project risks and roadblocks early and proactively resolve them.

Maintain task management tools (e.g. Jira Trello ClickUp) and ensure team members are aligned with sprint goals.

Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

Support the studio in optimizing workflows resource planning and delivery processes.
Requirements
-
3 years of project management experience in a software agency/studio or product environment.

Proven experience managing remote cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira Asana Notion Slack and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a bias for action.

Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel prioritize effectively and manage time well.
Nice to Have

Technical background or hands-on experience with software development.

Familiarity with UI/UX design workflows.

Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.
