Job Description

The Group Financial Crime Training Culture and Comms Consultant is an experienced role with day-to-day responsibility for the production of Group Financial Crime training and awareness framework.

Financial crime responsibilities:

Support the production and maintenance of M&G Group Financial Crime Training and Competency Framework.
Execute financial crime training needs analysis for M&G Group financial crime training.
Develop and maintain M&G Group financial crime training materials for all risk domains across all 3LoD.
Coordinate with Human Resources to provide input to the M&G consequence management framework.
Coordinate with Life and Asset Management Advisory Teams and other Group functions for their input in training needs analysis and to disseminate group financial crime training materials.
Provide advice and guidance to Business Unit 1LoD financial crime teams and other Group functions developing risk-based training.
Produce and disseminate the Group Financial Crime regulatory bulletin.
Coordinate with fraud subject matter expert(s) develop and execute the fraud communications plan.
Support the development and maintenance of the Group financial crime communications strategy.
Manage the Group financial crime intranet page.

Additional responsibilities:

Other tasks and activities within the scope of your role or team as required from time to time.

Skill requirements:

Experience within financial crime and being able to demonstrate an understanding of the financial crime risks inherent in the asset management and or insurance sectors.
Experienced in designing and updating financial crime training programmes to meet regulatory expectations and industry best practices
Experienced in creating role-based learning programmes for financial crime to suit the needs for roles/audience at 1LOD/2LOD/Leadership levels.
Experienced in designing and delivering financial crime delivery methods including instructor-led and E-learning modules.
Experienced in designing financial crime competency assessments and data driven metrics including including tests quizzes competency certifications.
Experienced in designing culture transformation strategies including how to influence behaviour and cultivate a risk & compliance mindset.
Experienced in working with senior leadership and board to promote tone from the top and leadership engagement for financial crime
Experienced in crafting financial crime communication strategies and manage ongoing communications (e.g. newsletters awareness campaigns)
Working knowledge of risk management principles.
Sound communication skills and ability to work with diverse range of stakeholders within and outside of the team.
Desired Experience in advanced learning methods like virtual learning gamification and interactive e-learning as well as horizon scanning tools such as corlytics
