Job Description
Are you a skilled property manager who loves the industry but doesnt want the full time grind anymore

Theres no pressure to climb the ladder or manage chaos we just need your experience reliability and calm professionalism to support our Senior Property Manager and help keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
- Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
- Conducting routine entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
- Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
- Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
- General administration and property related tasks
About You
Youre a confident and capable property management professional whos looking for a role that fits into your life not the other way around.
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A valid Queensland drivers licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
