Job Description

The VP ofClient Engagementwill play a pivotal role in driving client success by designing andimplementingstrategic initiatives that enhancecustomer acquisitionand retention for our clients.

This role will lead the day-to-day operations ofconsulting projects manage workstreams and ensure that deliverables meet the high standards expected by our team and client. This involves fosteringclient relationships breaking down complex business challenges into manageable components developing actionable insights and seeing these into practical recommendations and successful delivery.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte headquarters four days per week and work fully remotely on Fridays.

What Youll Do:

Client Engagementand Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client managing the relationship with clear communication positive momentum and a spirit of true partnership ensuring client satisfaction and driving profitable growth
  • Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drivecustomer acquisitionand retention
  • Develop and own the strategy through execution including cross functional collaboration

Execution of Existing Scope of Work:

  • Oversee all aspects of delivery and performance including planning execution and monitoring
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage resources timelines and expectations effectively
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success ofcustomer acquisitionand retention initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders

Planning selling and execution of continued partnership growth

  • Utilizing client and market data lead the development of net new comprehensive strategies to enhancecustomer acquisitionand retentionimplementingdata-driven insights and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with client goals
  • Collaborate with leadership on the economic model of any net new scopes of work
  • Facilitate the transition fromstrategy developmentto implementation ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities

Market Expertise:

  • Conductmarket researchand analysis to stay up to date on trends opportunities and competitive threats
  • Utilize this expertise to advise both Red Ventures and clients on forward-looking investments

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts product managers engineers and designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members promoting professional growth and development

What were looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting implementation and strategic planning
  • Proven track record of successful client engagements focused oncustomer acquisition retention and expansion; meeting or exceeding business development goals
  • Businessoperations experienceowning outcomes ofclient relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Preference fortechnical skillsor experience leading technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strongclient relationshipsand communicating complex solutions to executive teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.


Benefits

Compensation Range: $220000 - $300000 potential equity

*Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience.
