Technical Project Manager, Integrations

We are seeking a proactive and driven customer facing Technical Project Manager Integrations with a strong background in SaaS and third-party integrations to help lead XOis integration and technical projects. This role is critical to the growth of our revenue-impacting projects and will play a key role in ensuring successful onboarding great customer experiences and optimized returns on investment from our customers. You will work alongside dedicated teams fostering a collaborative environment to tackle technical challenges and shape a scalable approach to our integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering

• Gather and align external and internal business requirements as they relate to integration projects
• Create a collaborative environment to gather functional and technical requirements from clients and integration partners
• Champion integration best practices and facilitate clear communication of requirements to ensure high-quality integrations

Project Execution

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of integration projects from initial discovery to final delivery
• Develop and oversee project plans ensuring that project goals deliverables and timelines are met
• Proactively identify document and mitigate project risks and blockers

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders both internal and external communicating project progress timelines risks and blockers clearly and promptly

Technical Understanding

• Possess a strong understanding of integration technologies including REST and GraphQL APIs Authentication standards HTTP communication integration architecture (Webhooks PubSub SOA Event Bus) and common data formats to ensure projects meet all technical requirements
• Assess APIs and other technologies using API development platforms such as Postman and Insomnia
• Translate technical details into clear and actionable information to support user functionality

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in with customer facing technical project management in a SaaS based environment
• Proven experience managing complex technical integration projects with third party partners
• Possess a strong understanding of integration technologies including REST and GraphQL APIs Authentication standards HTTP communication integration architecture (Webhooks PubSub SOA Event Bus) and common data formats to ensure projects meet all technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects at various stages with effective time and priority management
• Proactive learner who is eager to dive into new technologies to drive projects forward

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in a software architecture role
• Strong understanding of advanced integration development technologies (eg Javascript Typescript messaging services Integration Platforms (iPaaS) security standards etc)
• Experience contributing to the development of technical design documentation through close collaboration with software architects to define system architecture data flows and API specifications
