Job Description
Angott Search Group is partnering with a $500 million Michigan bank in their search for a Mortgage & Consumer Lending Manager to lead and grow the banks consumer and residential lending operations.
This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day mortgage and consumer lending activities ensuring strong portfolio performance regulatory compliance and exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage mortgage and consumer loan origination processing underwriting and servicing
Lead coach and develop a high-performing lending team
Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
Drive growth in loan volume and member satisfaction
Collaborate with executive leadership on lending strategies
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in mortgage and consumer lending
Prior leadership or management experience required
Strong knowledge of lending regulations and underwriting standards
Proven ability to drive results and lead teams
Bachelors degree preferred
