EH&S Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Enschede Area p/m
Location: Enschede Netherlands
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial
Salary: 5000 - 6500 per month (DoE)
Type: Full-time Permanent
Are you an experienced EH&S professional ready to lead safety strategy and compliance at a high impact manufacturing site
Im partnering with a global industrial manufacturer in the Enschede area that is looking for a Senior EH&S Supervisor to lead safety health and environmental compliance initiatives. This role is central to the sites mission to protect people processes and the planet.
What Youll Do:
- Lead development and execution of EH&S policies procedures and site programs
- Manage permits risk assessments (RI&E) and regulatory compliance
- Act as first point of contact for audits and inspections (internal and external)
- Lead the emergency response team (BHV) and on-site incident investigations
- Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
- Drive the 6S program and embed a strong safety culture across the site
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or related field
- Dutch HVK certification (Hogere Veiligheidskunde)
- 5 years EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment (200 employees)
- Strong understanding of Dutch environmental/safety regulations
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator
