Position
Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Administrative and logistical support to the sales team in the management of opportunities and clients.
- Organize and maintain sales pipeline contracts and documentation related to post-production projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks in collaboration with administration such as invoice processing client files.
- Follow up on proposals and quotes sent to clients ensuring they are received and reviewed.
- Respond and answer client inquiries provide information on services and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients.
- Collect and organize data related to sales performance for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure projects are on schedule and delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients contracts and transactions.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and promotional material.
- Continuous learning. Keeping up-to-date with trends and news in the post-production industry to provide better support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales sales administration or as a sales support.
- Desirable knowledge of market trends of the audiovisual sector.
- Fluent in English other languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office package especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Team player and self-motivated.
- Ability to deal with confidential information with due discretion and maintain the privacy of clients and projects.
