Reporting to the Associate Vice President Local Co-op Financial Services and Systems youll lead the Retail Accounting team working with Local Co-ops senior leaders and internal departments to deliver consistent high-quality accounting services. Youll directly supervise 2 Accounting Managers and 1 Retail Accounting Support Supervisor and oversee 4 Accounting Supervisors and approximately 40 unionized and non-unionized addition youll oversee reporting standards service rates resourcing and departmental planning while driving efficiency and maintaining strong stakeholder support and service levels.
