About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7- 10 clubs and drive business performance people development financial oversight and cultural alignment. Youll be responsible for mentoring Club Managers supporting operations managing key stakeholder relationships and bringing our brand values to life.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting and mentoring Club Managers across your designated locations
Driving sales retention and profitability strategies to meet business targets
Overseeing day-to-day club operations and ensuring consistency across locations
Managing club budgets expense control and financial reporting across sites
Building strong stakeholder relationships across internal departments and external partners
Leading by example living and breathing our team values and culture
Providing training coaching and development support to club-level teams
Jumping in where needed from strategic troubleshooting to hands-on support
Youll Need:
Proven experience in multi-site leadership area management or a similar role
Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing budgets forecasting and driving performance outcomes.
A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong decision-making skills
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
A passion for coaching developing others and driving high-performance culture
Willingness to travel regularly between clubs
