General Description:
- Install configure and maintain servers including web servers email servers file servers and database servers
- Plan and implement server backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor server performance and capacity utilization and troubleshoot server issues
- Configure and manage server security settings including firewall rules and access control lists
- Perform regular system updates and patch management
- Create and maintain user accounts groups and permissions
- Manage storage devices and RAID arrays
- Monitor network traffic and performance
- Generate reports on server activity and performance
- Automation and scripting Windows Domain Administration Active Directory Administration.
- Track user account creation changes and deletions.
- Evaluating proposed software and Windows configuration functional and non-functional requirements for impact to existing information systems.
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures standard operating procedures and security baselines.
- Providing analytical and technical security recommendations to other team members oversight organizations and stakeholders to help specify security requirements.
- Providing risk analysis for vulnerabilities incidents and change requests.
- Providing recommendations related to the design development and integration of automated software and hardware solutions.
Formal Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology computer engineering or a related field is required (A combination of experience and certifications may be considered)
- 3 years to < 5 years
- Valid FL State Drivers License
- AHCA fingerprint clearance required.

- VMware Certified Advanced Professional Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV 2020 (Design or Deploy) or newer) or other related certification approved by leadership and HR is required within 1 year.
- VMWare Certified Design Expert Data Center Virtualization (VCDX-DCV 2020 or newer) Training or Professional Experience and/or certifications in other Microsoft Server products Dell EMC are strongly preferred.
