WORK HOURS Monday Friday 2:00pm 10:00pm

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Peak Season (July-December) Requirements

Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

As a member of our growing warehouse team youll help coaches athletes and families create lasting memories in sports by helping decorate pack and distribute merchandise from our leading brand partners like Nike and Under Armour. Together we will service over 100000 schools colleges and youth athletic programs nationwide by providing them with the latest apparel and best equipment to elevate their game in every aspect of their sport.

General responsibilities include Warehouse Associates ensure products are stocked selected packed and shipped to customers. Youll work in one of the following roles: Picking Packing Shipping Inventory. General responsibilities include:

• Receiving picking sorting and labeling orders.
• Pack fold and arrange garments.
• Scanning shipping orders and inputting into inventory system.
• Research and correct displaced mislabeled and missing products perform replenishments cycle counts stock checks and resolve inventory and order discrepancies.

• Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders in spoken English ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in meetings discussions and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
• Great attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Learn tasks quickly accurately driven personable team oriented and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide numbers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receives incoming materials and compares information on work order to verify accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor.
• Ensure correct boxes are used as per customer specifications.
• Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments initiate proof of delivery documents.
• May operate dolly pallet jack may operate shrink wrap machine.
• Follows established departmental policies procedures and objectives continuous quality improvement objectives and safety standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Receivers are responsible for the cleanliness of their work area during production and at each shift end. Floors need to be swept; all trash should be picked up and empty boxes need to be properly disposed of. You must wear the proper personal protective equipment (if required) while working in the shipping area.
• Read and comprehend documents instructions and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders in spoken English ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in meetings discussions and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing valuable insights and feedback in English.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• 2 years in-depth SAP experience
• Learning tasks quickly is detailed accurately driven personable team oriented and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Read and comprehend documents instructions and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Strong time management and attention to timelines.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• The ability to speak and read work orders and instructions in English.
• The ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
• An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product.
• A reliable team member that employees can count on every day to be punctual.
• Operational Warehouse Logistics or comparable experience preferred.
