Job Description
You are passionate about project management and interest rate risk/liquidity change this role is for you.
As an Interest Rate Risk Product Team Vice President in the Treasury and the Chief Investment Office (TCIO) you will be responsible for internal product management and direct change execution within the internal Interest Rate Risk Management platform.
You will collaborate with number of areas including product or technical side participate in top tier industry changes within the reporting process and have a chance for networking opportunity across widespread Team members based in Hong Kong India UK EU and North America.
Job responsibilities:
- Intake plan execute and communicate all ALM changes into production
- Lead for various strategic initiatives model or system enhancement
- Drive intake processes facilitate meetings communicate status updates and changes build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure Backlog is groomed transparent and understood
- Establish requirements plan the roadmap and prioritize book of work
- Perform Impact Assessment and Regression testing and communicate the impacts with stakeholders
- Ensure Data Quality issues or Data Sourcing requirements clearly understood and appropriate DQM life cycle is followed for resolution. Engage with tech and upstream to oversee end-to-end implementation
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree required (Finance Business or Engineering degree)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex product development projects
- Advanced knowledge of Jira lifecycle management and other project management tools
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- At minimum basic level knowledge of SQL syntax
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Advanced level of SQL syntax Server
- Ability to independently write complex SQL queries
- Experience around Management Information tools and intelligent automation (i.e. TableauSnowflakeAlteryx Pega)
