OMNIC is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team not just as a hiring specialist but as a strategic partner in building a strong sustainable workforce. Were seeking someone with deep recruitment expertise a passion for finding and attracting top talent and a genuine desire to mentor and develop others.

In this role you wont just fill roles youll help shape our hiring strategy improve recruitment processes and guide junior team members as they grow. Your experience will be key in strengthening OMNICs employer brand as we continue to innovate across logistics retail and HoReCa and set new records along the way.

Your Mission

  • Attract high-performing talent that supports OMNICs culture of innovation and sustainability.

  • Develop and implement long-term hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Mentor and support recruitment team members by sharing your knowledge and experience.

  • Improve hiring efficiency through structured processes and data-driven insights.

  • Champion a positive candidate experience with a human-centered approach to hiring.

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment including sourcing interviewing and full-cycle hiring.

  • Strong command of ATS/CRM tools (we use systems that streamline and support your work).

  • Proven ability in full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.

  • Confident in evaluating both technical and soft skills of candidates.

  • Passionate about mentoring you enjoy sharing knowledge and building others up.

  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for process optimization.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.

  • English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Your Responsibilities

  • Fill vacancies across logistics retail HoReCa and tech by finding the right people.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.

  • Conduct interviews and lead candidate assessments with a comprehensive evaluation model.

  • Take part in shaping our EVP and external hiring communications.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and bring forward ideas to improve hiring performance.

  • Foster a culture of openness teamwork and empathy within the recruitment team.
