Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Providing operational steering of our strategic international IT service providers in the context of cloud-services (public & private clouds)
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of services delivered by providers including service performance and security aspects
- Implementing projects with our IT service providers in the cloud
- Providing service level reporting and service level development of our service level agreements (SLAs)
- Advising our internal clients and business teams on topics related to our outsourced services
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT or business administration
- Interest in working in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Good technical understanding and interest in business topics
- Basic understanding of public & private Cloud (such as Azure)
- IT service management/ITIL knowledge
- Experience in using IT service management tools
- Experience in using agile working methods
