Service Administrator Build Trust Drive Efficiency Support Big Machines
At Liebherr we dont just build machines we build lasting relationships with our clients. Were looking for a proactive detail-driven Service Administrator to join our Builds Team and play a vital role in keeping our operations smooth efficient and customer-focused.
This is more than just an admin role. Youll be the glue that holds our service processes together supporting field teams coordinating services and making sure every job runs like a well-oiled machine.
What youll be doing:
- Open and close jobs for allocated machines
- Raise all purchase orders and travel authorities relevant to allocated machines
- Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services
- Provide fortnightly WIP report to review invoice targets
- Update data bases filing and generating reports
What you bring to the team:
- Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience
- Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
- Sense of Pride and high attention to detail in all that you do
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
