As a Retirement Administration Senior Professional Analyst within our team you will be tasked with assisting the Pension Team primarily concentrating on researching reviewing and validating HR and Benefits data. Key duties involve conducting research analyzing information and updating records to find participants and beneficiaries who are unresponsive or difficult to trace.
Job responsibilities
- Review plan and employer records for participant information
- Utilize online search engines public records and social media platforms
- Employ commercial locator services when necessary
- Monitor obituaries and other public notices
- Document all search efforts findings and communications in a clear and organized manner
- Reach out via mail email phone or social media to inform participants of their benefits and guide them through the claiming process
- Work with plan sponsors trustees and third-party administrators to facilitate benefit distribution
- Adhere to PBGC Department of Labor (DOL) and IRS regulations regarding missing participants and benefit disbursement
- Keep up-to-date with evolving best practices tools and regulatory guidance related to locating missing participants
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for uncovering hard-to-find information
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records
- Comfortable using databases search engines and digital communication tools

- High level of accuracy in documentation and compliance adherence
