Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement projects across onboarding billing service cash application and collections
Translate golden process designs into executable actions on the ground
Coach and mentor Green Belt project leads across journey teams
Collaborate with analytics teams to define track and baseline CTQ metrics
Drive stakeholder alignment and standardization in fragmented process environments
Requirements:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
8 12 years of relevant experience in shared services finance operations or customer operations
Proven success in project delivery within large-scale transformation programs
Strong facilitation problem-solving and change leadership skills
