Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Manufacturing Black Belt, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, on a contract basis for 3 months.
Salary:
24.62 per hour PAYE.

Salary:

Manufacturing Black Belt Role:
- To lead the manufacturing site transformation through application of operational excellence principles and practices ensuring elimination of waste and developing value stream flow.
- To lead and drive Operational Excellence Transformation at functional level through the development and implementation of a sustainable improvement system that enables the Site to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of it's processes.
- Identify appropriate metrics to monitor enterprise excellence cultural progress on site.
- Facilitate root cause analysis workshops as required for business critical issues.
- Promote and utilise tools and techniques to achieve continuous improvement and value creation, such as Lean Six Sigma.
Your Background:
- Minimum: BSc in a science or science related discipline.
- Black belt certified with large experience, Master Black Belt would be a plus.
- Experienced in using a variety of Lean tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills required to communicate with all levels from shop floor to head of site and across all functions.
- Experienced in Operational Excellence Delivery, with demonstrated knowledge of Shingo Model of Excellence or similar.
