- Agent 1: Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break. Saturday 7am to 11am Eastern. 39 hours a week
- Agent 2: Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 8:30pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break. 35 hours a week

Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator you ll combine your natural warmth and communication excellence with analytical skills to support both patient experience and practice operations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handle incoming patient calls during assigned AM or PM shifts with a warm empathetic approach
- Conduct weekly statistical analysis and generate reports on call volumes and patient metrics
- Perform essential prep work including comprehensive schedule reviews and operational planning
- Provide dedicated Sunday shift coverage (minimum 1 hour guaranteed pay regardless of call volume)
- Create and deliver weekly operational reports highlighting busiest appointment blocks and new patient statistics
- Collaborate directly with practice leadership to provide valuable operational insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with crystal-clear pronunciation and professional phone presence
- Naturally bubbly outgoing personality with high energy and genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Strong empathy and patient-focused mindset with ability to connect meaningfully with callers
- Reliable availability for consistent AM or PM shift coverage including weekend availability
- experience in phone-based customer service or healthcare support preferred
- Comfortable with basic statistical analysis and report generation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care
