We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee daily operations support team development and ensure performance targets are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills a hands-on approach to management and the ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team to meet and exceed productivity goals
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members
Train new employees and ensure ongoing development of current staff
Coordinate daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency
Solve problems and handle escalated issues as they arise
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with reporting tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
