Qualifications :
Essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment self-employment or full and part-time education during that period.
- The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness.
- Current SIA licence
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word Excel and Outlook.
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Decision making and holding accountability
- Able to identify risks.
Additional Information :
- Additional qualifications in Health and Safety Customer Service and First Aid are advantageous.
- Team player confident and able to attend corporate meetings when required with local client in the absence of Site Security Manager.
- Work with the team and officers ensuring the roles are completed in line with expectations.
