Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staffing ratios and support classroom operations.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.
- Communicate with families and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and Academy policies.
- Implement emergency procedures and safety drills.
- Coach and advise staff for quality interactions.
