Job Description

ROLE: IT PROGRAM MANAGER

REQUIRED:

Currently Active Secret Clearance

Ability to work onsite in DC proper and travel to the US SE on occasion.


A minimum of a bachelors degree in business management or other related field.

A minimum of nine years of experience managing technology and cybersecurity programs and projects of similar scope and complexity that directly supported the DoD military community.

One of the following certifications: EC-Council Chief Information Security Officer Certification (CCISO) SANS Institute Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ISACA Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).

PREFERRED:

STRONGLY PREFERRED: FEDSIM experience and Office of Personnel & Readiness experience.

A minimum of eight years of experience leading transformative IT/DevSecOps initiatives and championing end-to-end modern iterative software development solutions.

A minimum of eight years of experience in developing and standardizing business rules for multiple inter- or intra-agency accessed applications

DESCRIPTION:

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on IT support work for the DASD supporting MC&FP.

Personnel we include at this time will have first right to openings when awarded. Key roles include IT PM & SW Product Mgt Lead.
