Whats in the Toy Box
As our E-Retail & Omnichannel Associate youll be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across leading platforms like Allegro (Poland & expansion markets) and omnichannel Smyk Media Expert Empik etc. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness product visibility and online sales through paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute e-retail media plans (from Sponsored Ads and Display banners to Programmatic mailing SOME etc.
- Identify the relevant target audiences (parents gift givers fans & collectors) and optimum ways to reach them
Assets Management
- Create and manage assets for all brand campaigns in line with trade and media plans for omnichannel customers (on website and other media formats on external digital)
- Allegro assets management and analitics incl target groups; mailing; push exploring 1st party data
- E-shop listing and priorities by Customers (Mattel shop) regular calls with global team
- Working on delivering formats and assets for ecom & e-retail campaigns run across paid digital touchpoints as marketplaces platforms (desktop & mobile) and external display programmatic mailings social media Google Ads (SEM Demand Gen Pmax etc.)
Monitoring Optimization and Reporting
- Monitor and manage the effectiveness per each campaign placement and targeting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (ROAS CPC CTR etc) and campaign assets based on trade marketing plan
- Monitor product rankings and ad placements to improve visibility and maximize conversions
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to relevant teams.
Market & Competitor Insights
- Monitor competitor brands and their retail media strategies to identify opportunities.
- Stay up to date with changes in the digital world ( algorithm changes new ad formats new trends in e-commerce etc)
- Actively search for new opportunities on shoppers activations monitoring retail media competitors campaigns exploring new possibilities within retail media
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align media plans with overall business targets
- Coordinate with toy retailers marketplace account managers and external agencies to optimize advertising placements.
Qualifications :
What we expect:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Digital Advertising Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising digital marketing or retail media.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for performance and ROI
