Job Description

Did you know that you can also develop your management skills with us As a Management Trainee we will teach you to lead our enthusiastic team so that they can surprise our guests every day with the very best service. Meanwhile you draw up a training plan to become a Floor Manager.
As a Management Trainee at McDonalds you will always keep an overview. Central to your position is of course the McDonalds restaurant. You know all the ins-and-outs know exactly how to best schedule your employees and how to keep the restaurant tidy. And the administration after your shift Of course you have that all in order. Guests love coming to your restaurant because they always have good times there.
We give you every opportunity to develop yourself. As a Management Trainee you will develop through self-study and training to become a floor manager. Eventually you can even advance to Business Trainee Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager

Who you are.
We find it important that everyone at McDonalds can be themselves. As a Management Trainee it is therefore important to coach your crew constructively but also to suggest areas for improvement. By taking the lead and delegating well you spot and develop your talent. You can switch quickly keep an overview and dare to make decisions.
It is also important that you feel good in your workplace. You like to set a good example and can also look through the eyes of our guests. You have at least MBO 3 working and thinking level. Management experience in the Hospitality or Retail sector would be nice but of course we can also teach you these skills.
Additional Information :
McDonalds Vlissingen is a new restaurant next to the A58 in Vlissingen. We plan to receive our first guests in December 2025! We are already hiring a team that can start training in another McDonalds branch in the meantime.
