Job Description
Located in Orange City IA
PART-TIME 3:30pm-8:00pm
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Cleaning Lead you will oversee our cleaning team and maintain the cleanliness of our office space. Your primary duties will include:
1. Lead and Manage Cleaning Staff:
Coordinate schedules for the cleaning team.
Provide guidance to ensure high cleaning standards.
Focus on maintaining the front office area.
Act as a backup for cleaning in other areas.
2. Inventory Management:
Maintain and monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements and Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Skills:
- Effective communication for team coordination.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling and supply management.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Physical Requirements:
- Working with us may involve physical demands including climbing (stairs ladders) stooping (bending kneeling crawling) standing walking pushing/pulling items (up to 60 lbs.) lifting items (up to 50 lbs.) sweeping shoveling and grasping/fingering.
